Treleigh is a strategic employment location to the east of Redruth Town Centre and adjacent to the A30 intersection. The site is owned by SWRDA who, with support from Objective One, have completed servicing 4.9 hectares of land as part of the third phase of developing the industrial estate. Priority Sites have completed the construction of 3,448sqm of industrial units and have now obtained a planning consent for 5,100sqm of industrial units. Acorn Developments has submitted a planning application for a further 2,600sqm.  Plot six (0.37ha) remains available.
