*Businesses must have a registered trading address with a TR14, TR15 or TR16 postcode 

CPR Regeneration is able to offer the following short courses to businesses based in Camborne, Pool and Redruth. To book your place, please call Kay, Dawn or Richard on 01209 722010.

L3 Food Safety (including Adult Numeracy) 15th, 22nd, 29th Sept 10 9.00am - 4.30pm Pool There is greater onus and accountability on anyone in the food business with supervisory responsibility to be equipped with both the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively.  This course will also refresh learner's numeracy skills. Paperwork will be completed before the course.
  6th Oct 10  9.00am - 4.30pm Pool  Legislation, supervisory management, temperature control (chilling, cooking), Photographic ID will need to be seen on the first day.
        cleaning, contamination control, applying and monitoring good hygiene practices,  
        implementing good food safety procedures, contributing to the safety training of others and numeracy.  
        If learners only require the numeracy skills there is scope for them to only attend the numeracy sections.  
        If successful, learners will achieve the CIEH Level 3 Award in Food Safety and a nationally recognised Adult Numeracy qualification
