View across work at Trevenson Park South to Heartlands

Trevenson Park South Work Progresses Quickly

Work is now well underway in the Cornwall College grounds from the main entrance north across the College site and out towards Trevenson Church.  Developments are also progressing south towards Heartlands.  The work in the College site is to provide a sustainable drainage system for the subsequent developments in and around Heartlands and should, weather permitting, be complete by early Spring.

Activity to complete the roads, services and pedestrian links to connect Heartlands Park to Dudnance Lane and the A3047 opposite the College has also been underway for a few months and should be complete by late Summer in line with the proposed opening of the Park.  It will also allow the first phase of housing on Trevenson Road to come forward together with workspace sites on Dudnance Lane.

These investments are welcome news for the area, making Pool and the surrounding towns and communities a more prosperous, pleasant and safer place to work, live and play.
