Sustainable Development Award for Pool Innovation Centre

Pool Innovation Centre has won Sustainable Development of the Year at the Insider Property Awards 2010 - South West.

The judges recognised that this BREEAM 'excellent' development stood out in a part of the South West with nothing else quite like it.

Insidernews said, "It should help to raise the bar for future projects in terms of sustainability, having achieved its rating despite its location and accessibility counting against its sustainability credentials.  That meant that in every other aspect it had to deliver, and it did that in spades."
