Planning applications have been submitted for Trevenson Gateway and Trevenson Park North, both of which are on the northern side of Trevenson Road. The plans can be downloaded from this page. It is hoped these will be determined by March 2009.

The CPR Drainage Implementation Strategy sets out the actions which need to be undertaken to implement a sustainable urban drainage system in Camborne Pool Redruth.

Appendix I, which contains the drawings of the sub-catchment areas and the sewer capacity plans, consists of extremely large files, but copies can be obtained by contacting CPR Regeneration. ING Real Estate (ING RE) is working with the South West Regional Development Agency and CPR Regeneration to provide an infrastructure package to service the proposed WaveHub, Renewables Business Park Project and associated development and new fishing harbour at Hayle Harbour. This masterplan was commissioned by the Homes and Communities Agency and CPR Regeneration. It has been produced through partnership working with local councils, landowners, stakeholders, businesses and residents in the local community. The masterplan sets out the principles for the redevelopment of the site in a way that supports the creation of sustainable communities. The masterplan was approved by Kerrier District Council in July 2005.
