ING Real Estate (ING RE) is working with the South West Regional Development Agency and CPR Regeneration to provide an infrastructure package to service the proposed WaveHub, Renewables Business Park Project and associated development and new fishing harbour at Hayle Harbour. The document available for download below describes the key components of the work and brings together engineering, urban and landscape design aspects of the infrastructure package.

It now includes more detail of the Heartlands project, East Hill junction improvements and fits in better with Cornwall College's aspirations for future development. This masterplan was commissioned by English Partnerships and CPR Regeneration. It has been produced through partnership working with local councils, landowners, stakeholders, businesses and residents in the local community. The masterplan sets out the principles for the redevelopment of the site in a way that supports the creation of sustainable communities. The masterplan was approved by Kerrier District Council in July 2005.
